We experiment all the time and some thing works and others... At 6.30am on Monday morning I was walking the fields with Roberto our tractor driver. Last November we sowed wheat with clover seed. Lorraine was speaking with a Bio Dynamic farmer at a meeting last year and he suggested it would make a great pasture after we harvested the wheat. The young seed and seedlings just sit there waiting for their time and water. Our hope is that by mid August this will be a lush pasture for the chickens.
